VocoVision is currently trying to find a Speech Language Pathologist to work for a community that believes in the provision of academic success through communication. Help us find talented, enthusiastic and dedicated educators for the California Public School District.  The caseload will be from Kindergarten through 12th grade.  This SLP position includes providing direct therapy, testing, and the need to be organized and a great communicator.  This job will permit the speech therapist to work from home during regular school hours, Monday through Friday. 

The SLP will assist students with typical language and speech disabilities, creating IEPs and sharing assessment results with the team. Collaborate with VocoVision to accomplish your personal, professional goals while providing high quality speech and language services to our students in need.  The Speech and Language Pathologist will identify and diagnose speech disorders, language disarrays, and social communication disorders throughout the process to better students’ communication and collaboration.  VocoVision will support the speech therapist for the duration of the assignment with virtual support. 

Qualifications consist of the following:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology
  • 2  to 3 years of school based knowledge
  • California state license & CTC (California Teaching Certification)
  • Capability to do simple computer troubleshooting
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence
