We are currently hiring a Teacher for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing to provide Tele-Practice for a school district in Connecticut. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home via an online platform. This is a full time position and there will be a very flexible schedule working with students in the middle and high school grades from now until the end of the school year. Technical and clinical training will be provided prior to starting the position and full access to the toolkit will be given to help with sessions via tele-practice.
A Master’s level degree in Education for Teaching Deaf Students along with a State Teaching Certification in Deaf Education is required for this position. Being fluent in ASL is not required, but is helpful. An active state license in CT is required as well.
