You’ll work with students from various backgrounds, helping them overcome communication obstacles and reach their full potential. Partner with educators, parents, and other professionals to craft individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver customized therapy sessions designed to meet each student’s unique needs.

Job Duties:

• Diagnose and evaluate speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Provide direct therapy services, monitor student outcomes, and adjust treatment plans to enhance progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure effective communication strategies are in place.
• Conduct evaluations, maintain detailed records, and participate in team discussions for student planning.
• Advocate for students, provide professional development for staff, and stay informed on industry advancements.

Requirements/Benefits:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
• Arkansas Teaching Certification required
• Arkansas SLP license required
• ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
• 1099 Position 
• Hourly Rate: $45-$55
