California-Based Virtual Speech Language Pathologist

We’re seeking an enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide outstanding virtual speech and language services to students.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Provide therapy services, monitor student progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support and address communication needs.
• Conduct screenings, maintain detailed records, and participate in team meetings for effective planning.
• Advocate for students, stay updated on industry trends, and pursue ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current California Teaching Certification OR California SLP license
• ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
• Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
• Fast/reliable computer & internet connection 
  • No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

• Guaranteed Weekly Hours
• Hourly Rate: $55-$65 
  • Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
