Exciting Opportunity: Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist for Schools

Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) eager to make a meaningful impact on students' lives through virtual education? We are seeking a talented SLP to join our team and provide exceptional online speech and language services to school-aged children.

In this role, you'll work with a diverse student population, helping them overcome communication challenges and achieve their full potential. As a key member of our innovative teletherapy team, you'll collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver personalized therapy sessions that meet each student’s unique needs.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and evaluate speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; develop and execute customized education plans (IEPs).
• Provide therapy, monitor student progress, and make adjustments to treatment strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to address and support communication challenges.
• Conduct assessments, maintain accurate records, and participate in team meetings for strategic planning.
• Support student needs, stay informed on the latest developments, and commit to continuous professional learning.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current California Teaching Certification OR California SLP license
• ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
• Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
• Fast/reliable computer & internet connection 
  • No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

• Guaranteed Weekly Hours
• Hourly Rate: $55-$65 
  • Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
• School hours
• Clinical/Technical Team on standby
