Location: Fully Remote (Vermont based)

We are currently seeking two passionate Special Education Case Managers to join our remote team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee individual education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective strategies.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform IEP development and progress monitoring.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and services provided.
• Facilitate IEP meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Stay current with special education laws and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Special Education.
• Valid Vermont Special Education License or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong understanding of special education regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively.
• Experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
