Full Time Speech Language Pathologist- CCC | REMOTE | North Carolina

• Pay Range: $43-48 per hour

If you are a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) seeking flexibility, we are hiring virtual SLPs to provide services for a school district in North Carolina.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Perform comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders or delays.

2. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on students' communication needs.

3. Deliver virtual speech and language therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.

4. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to integrate communication goals into students' education plans.

5. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.

6. Provide support and strategies for educators and parents to foster communication development in a virtual environment.

7. Participate in virtual IEP meetings and team discussions.

8. Stay current on best practices and research in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

2. Active Speech-Language Pathology license in North Carolina.

3. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

4. Experience working in school settings or similar environments preferred.

5. Proficiency with virtual therapy platforms and remote communication technology.

6. Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly in a virtual setting.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

8. Commitment to providing equitable and culturally responsive services.

**You will have to pass a tech screen which requires 2 screenshots (internet speed & computer speed) AND a less than 5 minute screen recording of a zoom mockup session testing basic tech proficiency skills
