Job Duties:

• Diagnose and evaluate speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; create individualized IEPs to meet students' unique needs.
• Provide therapy services directly, monitor student progress, and revise treatment strategies as required.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school personnel to address communication challenges.
• Conduct evaluations, maintain accurate records, and engage in team discussions for comprehensive planning.
• Advocate for students, offer professional development to staff, and pursue ongoing learning opportunities.

Requirements/Benefits:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
• Arkansas Teaching Certification required
• Arkansas SLP license required
• ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
• 1099 Position 
• Hourly Rate: $45-$55
