Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) eager to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a talented SLP to provide outstanding virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.

You will work with a variety of students, assisting them in overcoming communication barriers and achieving their academic and personal goals. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver therapy sessions tailored to each student’s needs.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and evaluate speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; develop and implement tailored IEPs to support each student’s unique needs.
• Deliver direct therapy services, monitor outcomes, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Partner with teachers, parents, and school personnel to address communication challenges.
• Conduct screenings, keep thorough documentation, and participate in team meetings to develop comprehensive support strategies.
• Advocate for students, train staff, and stay updated on best practices in the field.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Florida Teaching Certification preferred
• Florida SLP license required
• ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
