VocoVision is hiring a skilled OT to provide virtual therapy services to students in school settings across the state. This role offers the chance to support students’ development from your own workspace, all while having the flexibility of part-time hours.

Position Overview:

• Role: Remote Occupational Therapist (California Licensed)
• Hours: Part-Time, Flexible
• Location: 100% Remote
• Caseload: PreK-12 students
• Contract Type: 1099
• Hourly Rate: $50-55 per hour, based on experience

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to understand students' motor, sensory, and daily living needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student goals and needs.
• Provide engaging virtual therapy sessions using research-backed methods.
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and school staff to ensure student success.
• Monitor and document each student’s progress, adjusting plans as required.
• Maintain detailed, up-to-date records for each session.
• Offer consultation and support to educators for enhancing student participation.
• Stay informed on best practices and updates in virtual therapy and occupational therapy.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active California OT license.
• Certification by the NBCOT.
• Experience in school-based settings is a plus.
• Proficiency with virtual therapy platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Self-motivated and organized, with strong caseload management skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional support to students with diverse needs.
