Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for online learning
• Collaborate virtually with general education teachers to ensure inclusive practices

• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and administrators via video conferencing and other digital tools
• Maintain accurate digital records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
• Valid Idahoteaching license with Special Education endorsement
• Experience in online or distance learning environments
• Strong digital literacy and comfort with educational technology platforms
• Excellent virtual communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
