Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
• Provide engaging, differentiated instruction to a diverse caseload of students.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff.
• Track student progress and adjust IEP goals as needed.
• Attend virtual IEP meetings and advocate for student success.
• Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education.
• Valid teaching certification in North Carolina.
• Tech savvy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
