Position Details:

• Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and create customized therapy plans for students.
• Provide therapy services with an emphasis on articulation, language comprehension, and social communication.
• Work with teachers, families, and other professionals to design and implement IEPs that facilitate smooth classroom integration.
• Monitor student progress, document therapy sessions, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Supervise and guide SLPA (Speech-Language Pathology Assistants).

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping children and families.
• Previous experience in a school setting is required.
• Active SLP License in Texas.
• Supervisory experience with SLPAs is preferred.
• Professional Liability Insurance (upon offer).
• Reliable home computer with high-speed internet.
• Comfortable with technology (training provided on software).
