Position Overview: As a Teletherapy School Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide speech and language therapy services to school-aged children through our secure telehealth platform. To be considered for this role, candidates must have a strong educational background, relevant experience, and the necessary certifications and licensure.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide teletherapy services to students in accordance with their IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and caregivers to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions
- Participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities
Qualifications: To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid VA state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in school settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficient in using telehealth platforms and digital tools
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, private workspace
