Connecticut School Psychologist - Teletherapy Position

Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths and challenges.
Provide virtual counseling and therapy sessions to address individual and group needs.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement intervention strategies.
Support crisis intervention and management as needed, ensuring student safety and well-being.
Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Stay updated on best practices and research in virtual psychology and educational psychology.

Requirements:

Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
Connecticut State licensure or certification as a School Psychologist (if applicable).
Proven experience in providing virtual psychological services to children and adolescents.
Strong understanding of educational systems, student development, and mental health issues.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
Proficiency in using virtual platforms for assessments, counseling, and communication.
