Job Overview:
VocoVision is looking for a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our remote team. This 1099 contract position offers flexibility, allowing you to provide speech therapy services to students throughout Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will conduct evaluations to identify communication challenges, create customized therapy plans, and collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to foster student progress and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments, evaluations, and screenings to identify speech and language disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each students needs.

• Deliver speech therapy services through telepractice platforms.

• Monitor student progress and modify therapy plans as needed.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student support.

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in speech therapy.

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license.

• Valid Massachusetts Teaching Certificate.

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with teletherapy or willingness to quickly adapt to virtual platforms.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Reliable internet connection and necessary technology for teletherapy.

• Passion for supporting student success.
