Remote Special Education Teacher - Ohio Location: Remote

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with special needs, all from the comfort of your home? We're seeking a dedicated Remote Special Education Teacher to join our virtual team in Ohio .

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for online learning
Collaborate virtually with general education teachers to ensure inclusive practices
Conduct online assessments and adapt digital teaching methods to student needs
Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and administrators via video conferencing and other digital tools
Maintain accurate digital records and documentation

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
Valid Ohio teaching license with Special Education endorsement
Experience in online or distance learning environments
Strong digital literacy and comfort with educational technology platforms
Excellent virtual communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Patience, creativity, and adaptability in a remote setting
