In this role, you’ll support a diverse group of students, helping them navigate communication challenges and achieve their academic goals. As a key member of our teletherapy team, you’ll collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver therapy sessions tailored to each student’s unique needs.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and diagnose disorders in speech, language, voice, and fluency; develop individualized IEPs to address student-specific needs.
- Provide direct therapy services, track progress, and modify treatment plans to achieve optimal results.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support effective communication strategies.
- Perform screenings, maintain accurate records, and participate in collaborative team planning.
- Advocate for students, offer resources to staff, and stay engaged in continuous professional development.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Florida Teaching Certification preferred
- Florida SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
