Position Overview:

Work Schedule: Full-Time, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Start Date: Immediate
End Date: May 2025
Student Caseload: 6 K-12 students

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct services and support based on individual student needs
Monitor student progress and make adjustments to IEP goals as needed
Create and implement personalized IEPs for students
Work closely with general education teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure student success
Participate in virtual IEP meetings and advocate for students’ well-being
Ensure all documentation is accurate and meets regulatory standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education
Active Special Education certification in Pennsylvania
Prior virtual teaching experience is a plus
Strong technological skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
