Position Details:

Schedule: Full-Time, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Start Date: Immediate
End Date: May 2025
Student Caseload: 6 K-12 students

Core Responsibilities:

Provide individualized direct services and support to students based on their unique needs
Track and evaluate student progress, adjusting IEP goals as necessary
Design and implement tailored IEPs for students
Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and staff to ensure student success
Engage in virtual IEP meetings and advocate for student well-being
Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation that adheres to regulatory standards

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education
Active Special Education certification in Pennsylvania
Experience in virtual teaching is preferred
Strong technical skills and comfort with teletherapy tools
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities
