Position Type:

• Contract (1099)  for the Remainder of the School Year (November - May)
• Fully Remote (No travel required!)
• Caseload: PreK-12th
• Pay Range: $43-48/hr

If you're an experienced SLP-CCC seeking flexibility and the opportunity to work from home, we’re hiring virtual speech-language pathologists for a district in North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders or delays in students.
• Develop personalized therapy plans targeting individual communication needs.
• Deliver virtual speech therapy using proven, evidence-based methods.
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and other staff to align speech goals with educational objectives.
• Regularly assess and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.
• Offer strategies to educators and parents for supporting communication skills in a virtual classroom.
• Attend virtual IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative planning.
• Stay informed about current practices in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active North Carolina SLP license.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• At least two years of experience working in schools (clinical experience reviewed individually).
• Knowledge of virtual therapy platforms and technology preferred.
• High-speed internet access and an updated computer required.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team setting.
