Remote Speech-Language Pathologist in Michigan

VocoVision is collaborating with an excellent school district in Michigan to find a dedicated remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position for the 2024-2025 school year. You don’t need to reside in Michigan to apply; however, you must hold a valid license for both Michigan and your state of residence.

Job Details:

• Full-time for the 2024-2025 school year
• Hourly pay: $47-$53, paid weekly
  • Compensation based on virtual experience
  • Includes direct and indirect services
• Independent contractor position
• Professional liability insurance required upon offer
• Further scheduling and caseload details will be discussed during a Zoom interview with the director/coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Conduct remote evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses of speech, voice, hearing, and language impairments
• Primarily focus on supervision and indirect services
• Collaborate remotely with teachers and school staff to implement effective interventions

Experience:

• Minimum of two years of experience in a school-based environment is required

Certification:

• Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist License
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Current state clearances (fingerprints, TB testing if applicable, background checks, etc.)
