Teletherapy Speech-Language Pathologist Job for California School
VocoVision is looking for a Virtual School Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in California.
Responsibilities:

• Provide speech therapy focused on functional communication and vocational skills for high school students
• Work with students on preparing for post-graduation communication needs (e.g., job interviews, social skills for the workplace, self-advocacy)
• Support students with speech or language impairments in preparing for life after high school through IEP goals
• Conduct transition assessments and collaborate with counselors and other school staff to implement appropriate plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide detailed progress reports

Caseload Information:

• Grades: 9 – 12
• Caseload: 20 students
• Focus on functional communication, social skills, and preparing for post-secondary life

Job Details:

• Hours: Part-time, 24 hours per week
• Pay: Competitive flat hourly rate, based on experience
• Location: Virtual, school is based in California

Minimum Requirements:

• SLP license in your state of residence, as well as California
• ASHA CCCs
• Two years of school-based SLP experience
• One year of teletherapy experience
• Experience working with transition-aged students preferred
