Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) – Pennsylvania
Full-Time Position for the 2024-2025 School Year

VocoVision has partnered with a well-established school district in Pennsylvania to hire a full-time, remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2024-2025 school year. Important Note: You do not need to be a Pennsylvania resident to apply, but you must hold a valid license in both your state of residence and the state where you will be working.

Position Overview:

• Type: Full-time, 2024-2025 school year
• Hourly Pay: $45–$47 per hour, based on your virtual experience (paid weekly)
• Caseload: Approximately 25 students
• Position Type: Independent contractor (1099)
• Insurance: Professional liability insurance required upon offer
• Details: Additional schedule and caseload information will be shared during the Zoom interview with the school’s director or coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Remote Therapy: Conduct virtual evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses for students with speech, language, hearing, and voice impairments.
• Indirect Services: Provide supervision and indirect services for students.
• Collaboration: Work remotely with teachers and school personnel to implement speech therapy interventions.
• Consultation: Assist with developing tailored treatment plans and providing necessary progress documentation.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience working in a school setting is required.
• Certifications:
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Bilingual: Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required.
• Clearances: Must have up-to-date state clearances (fingerprints, TB test if applicable, background checks, etc.).
