Are you a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) passionate about making a difference from home? We’re looking for an enthusiastic SLP to provide exceptional virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.
In this role, you’ll engage with students from diverse backgrounds, helping them overcome communication barriers and realize their full potential. As a key member of our innovative teletherapy team, you’ll collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to design individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver customized therapy sessions.

Job Duties:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; design and implement tailored IEPs for student needs.
- Provide direct therapy services, monitor progress, and adapt treatment plans to support each student’s development.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to provide comprehensive communication support.
- Perform screenings, keep thorough records, and participate in team meetings for coordinated planning.
- Champion students’ communication needs, offer resources to staff, and engage in continuous professional learning.
Requirements/Benefits:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
- Arkansas Teaching Certification required
- Arkansas SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- 1099 Position
- Hourly Rate: $45-$55
