Are you a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) passionate about making a difference from home? We’re looking for an enthusiastic SLP to provide exceptional virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.

In this role, you’ll engage with students from diverse backgrounds, helping them overcome communication barriers and realize their full potential. As a key member of our innovative teletherapy team, you’ll collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to design individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver customized therapy sessions.

Job Duties:

Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; design and implement tailored IEPs for student needs.
Provide direct therapy services, monitor progress, and adapt treatment plans to support each student’s development.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to provide comprehensive communication support.
Perform screenings, keep thorough records, and participate in team meetings for coordinated planning.
Champion students’ communication needs, offer resources to staff, and engage in continuous professional learning.

Requirements/Benefits:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
Arkansas Teaching Certification required
Arkansas SLP license required
ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
1099 Position
Hourly Rate: $45-$55
