In this role, you’ll have the chance to work with a diverse range of students, helping them overcome communication challenges and reach their full potential. As a member of our innovative teletherapy team, you’ll collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide personalized therapy sessions tailored to each student’s unique needs.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose issues with speech, language, voice, and fluency; create and apply individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Deliver therapy, monitor progress, and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school staff to address communication needs.
• Conduct screenings, maintain thorough records, and participate in team meetings for effective planning.
• Advocate for students' needs, stay updated with the latest research, and engage in ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current California Teaching Certification OR California SLP license
• ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
• Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
• Fast/reliable computer & internet connection 
  • No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

Highlights:

• 1099 Position 
• Guaranteed Weekly Hours
• Hourly Rate: $55-$65 
  • Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
• School hours
• Clinical/Technical Team on standby
