Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) Opportunity – Minnesota Schools

Position Type:

• Full-Time, 1099 Contract
• Start Date: ASAP (November - May)
• Fully Virtual (No need to commute!)
• Caseload: PreK-12th Grade
• Pay Range: $46-51/hr

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate and identify speech and language disorders.
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students’ needs.
• Deliver virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based methods.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the student’s IEP team to ensure communication goals align with their educational plans.
• Monitor and document progress, providing feedback and adjustments as necessary.
• Participate in virtual IEP meetings and team discussions.
• Stay informed about current research and best practices in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Minimum of two years of school-based experience preferred.
• Strong technical skills with experience using virtual therapy platforms.
• Reliable internet and an updated personal computer.
• Ability to collaborate remotely in a team environment.
