Location: Remote – Serving school district in California
Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Are you an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to work from home while making a meaningful impact on students’ lives? We are seeking a dedicated Virtual SLP to provide remote therapy services for a school district in California. In this full-time, flexible role, you will work with a diverse caseload of students of all ages and various disabilities, helping them develop essential communication skills through teletherapy.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver both direct and indirect speech therapy services remotely via teletherapy
• Manage a varied caseload that may include students of different ages and disabilities, based on district needs
• Perform thorough assessments and create individualized therapy plans to help students achieve their communication goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff to provide comprehensive support to students
• Maintain accurate records of therapy services, IEP progress, and other necessary documentation

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) and state licensure in California
• At least 2 years of experience in school-based speech therapy
• Comfortable using teletherapy platforms and technology to engage students
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
