Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) eager to make a positive impact in students’ lives? We are seeking a skilled SLP to provide outstanding virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.
In this role, you’ll engage with a diverse group of students, helping them overcome communication barriers and reach their full potential. As a key member of our teletherapy team, you’ll collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver tailored therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; develop personalized IEPs for students.
- Deliver therapeutic services, monitor outcomes, and adjust strategies to address evolving needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school personnel to address communication barriers.
- Perform screenings, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in team planning sessions.
- Advocate for students, provide staff with resources, and stay engaged in professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or related field
- Massachusetts SLP license required
- Massachusetts teaching certification required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
Highlights:
- 1099 Position
- Guaranteed Weekly Hours
- Hourly Rate: $40-$50
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
- School hours
- Clinical/Technical Team on standby
