Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) eager to make a positive impact in students’ lives? We are seeking a skilled SLP to provide outstanding virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.

In this role, you’ll engage with a diverse group of students, helping them overcome communication barriers and reach their full potential. As a key member of our teletherapy team, you’ll collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver tailored therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; develop personalized IEPs for students.
Deliver therapeutic services, monitor outcomes, and adjust strategies to address evolving needs.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school personnel to address communication barriers.
Perform screenings, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in team planning sessions.
Advocate for students, provide staff with resources, and stay engaged in professional development activities.

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or related field
Massachusetts SLP license required
Massachusetts teaching certification required
ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus

1099 Position
Guaranteed Weekly Hours
Hourly Rate: $40-$50
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
School hours
Clinical/Technical Team on standby
