Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and assess speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; create individualized IEPs to guide interventions.
• Provide therapy services, monitor student progress, and make treatment adjustments as necessary.
• Work together with teachers, parents, and staff to create supportive communication environments for students.
• Perform screenings, document assessments, and contribute to comprehensive team planning efforts.
• Support students through advocacy, offer professional training to staff, and commit to ongoing development.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
• Kansas SLP license required
• ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
• Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fast/reliable computer & internet connection 
  • No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

• 1099 Position 
• Guaranteed Weekly Hours
• Hourly Rate: $40-$50
  • Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
